1.2 | By default, Notes will display new mail alerts as a slide-in summary on your screen. If you like this option, you don’t need to make any preference changes. | Screen displays a Notes teamroom application with several documents. When new mail arrives in the Notes inbox, a new mail slide-in summary box appears at the bottom of the Teamroom screen, detailing the new mail summary. |
1.3 | If you want to change how you are notified of new mail, open preferences and go to the Mail -> Sending and Receiving options. | Click File -> Preferences -> Mail -> Sending and Receiving. |
